Warm welcome to our family friendly apartment with a big loft! It has mountain views in three directions, sleep arrangements for 9-10 people, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fire place, sauna, ski in/ski out during snowy conditions. Ski lift (Ranchliften) ca 150m away and cross country ski tracks ca 50m away. The space The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a main floor and a big loft. There are beds for 9 persons (10 if everyone shares beds, including the 120 cm top bunk). The shared spaces like kitchen and hallway would be more comfortably shared by 8 people rather than 10. On the main floor you can find the hallway with a drying cabinet and shoe dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with TV and a fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sauna and washing machine. One floor up you'll find a big loft with two separated sleeping areas (no doors), bathroom with a shower, a living area with TV and a desk for work or study. The dining table can be extended and be used with 8 dining chairs and 4 stools as extras. All beds are 160 cm wide (except for the top bunk which is 120 cm wide) with the top bed mattress being the size of the bed which makes it easier to co-sleep with children. All beds are equipped with three pillows (mixture of high and low) and two 3-in-1 quilts which gives you the option of using one thinner quilt on a warm night, one thicker quilt if it’s colder, or both quilts snapped together with buttons for cold nights (if not in the bed, an extra can be found in the closet in the downstairs bedroom closest to the entry door). The beds on the loft doesn’t come with legs due to the sloping ceiling. The apartment is suitable for families with young children, including: - Safety gate to use on either top and bottom of the stairs - Travel cot with an extra mattress, mattress cover, quilt and pillow (bring bedsheets yourselves) - High chair with a tray - Junior chair - Potty and change mat - Plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery (Most baby equipment is being stored in the closet in the first bedroom) Guest access You will have the whole apartment for yourself during your stay. Other things to note High season mid Dec to mid April (ski season): Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday (could differ depending on Holiday seasons). Low season mid April to mid Dec (not ski season): Upon request with check out days Monday to Saturday (no cleaning available on Sundays).
