It has 7 rooms, all with their own bathroom and one of them with a bathroom adapted to the ground floor. A kitchen with all the accessories, and a living room with a fireplace. We also have a play area, with billiards and foosball. Large outdoor space for sports, with goalposts and a ping-pong table. We are in a small rural village that lives on farming and livestock, so that means you can sometimes smell animals because of nearby animal farms. Guest access You can access all areas, they are not common areas, the entire house is rented, so you can enjoy all the space. We have a room with billiards and foosball. There is a large area of land with goals to play soccer, and a net to play volleyball or badminton. The pool has a solarium and 8 sunbathing beds. There's also a porch with a barbecue. We are at the foot of 3 signposted cycling routes: the Baix Empordà Cycling Network, the Ter Route and the Pirinexus Route, as well as different circular routes from the farmhouse. You can visit the beautiful medieval villages of the Empordanet such as: Pals, Peratallada, Monells, Cruïlles, the Iberian village of Ullastret, the Greek and Roman ruins of Empúries.
