It offers you everyrhing you need, for an enjoyable stay - bus stop located just across the street, or a short walk to the city centre. Generally limited traffic and noise. The space Convenient and fully equipped apartment in recently refurbished house. Kitchen with diner table for 4 seatings, washing mashine and dryer. Bathroom with shower. Bedroom with double bed (queen size) and a confortable sofa bed (140x200 cm) for two as well as a work station in the living room. WiFi internet, 50" TV, and more. Guest access The apartment is located in the lower level of the house and has a private entrance via separate front door as well as windows/balcony door giving a pleasant daylight from 3 angles. All is fully approved for accommodation by the authorities. The guests are given access to the whole apartment. The apartment and amenities are not shared with the owner or other guests. A storage room is used by the owner - rarely used and only with the consent of the guests. The owner and family live upstairs.
