This is our family home- we’re traveling for a year and want to share our retreat with other families! We have an inground pool w/pool house (can be open through September). Drink coffee on the front porch and dinner on the deck. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, walk the nature trail, play in the treehouse and tire swing! Our house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2200 sq ft. main level. Primary bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom attached. Two secondary bedrooms each have a full size (double) bed and share a full bathroom in the hall. Fully stocked kitchen, large dining room, living room and screened porch. The 2200 sq ft finished basement has a second living space with TV, a 4th bedroom with King bed, a third full bathroom and a washer and dryer. Please note - we require a lease agreement for stays longer than 30 days. The following fees apply to rentals longer than 30 days: Pool heater: $150/week during season Pet rent $50/month per pet Refundable Security deposit $1200 Monthly cleaning $150 Utilities fully included in price-includes everything- trash, water, electricity, internet and Directv. Lawn care/snow removal is negotiable for longer stays- can be added or done by guests. We are a dog-friendly house with a 2 acre yard fully fenced. Mature, fully trained and well-behaved dogs are welcome, just be sure to let us know that you have a dog and what breed it is. Guests will have access to the entire home except for one room in the basement that we use for storage. We have a local manager for immediate needs. We’re traveling with our kids, but are always available by phone or text. Berryville is a quiet small town about an hour west of Washington DC. We’re near several wonderful wineries and breweries where you can enjoy beautiful Shenandoah Valley views and delicious VA wines. You definitely need a car, but we have a large driveway for parking. Even space for an RV! Please note that our home does not have cable internet available in our area. We’ve recently upgraded to a faster unlimited wireless plan that has allowed us to stream, zoom, etc! Our kids are teens, so we do not have plug protectors or wall anchored furniture anymore. 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom is in the basement.
