Seafront house at Kampos beach of Ikaria

The house is located literally on the beach. The ground floor was built in the end of te 19th century and it is made of stone like most ikarian houses of that period. It is consisted by a spacious kitchen and living room and a small bathroom. At the back yard, there is an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor, in which there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The front yard and the balcony have a fantastic view of the sea. The house is ideal for four guests. The space The house is located literally on the beach of Kampos. The ground floor was built in the end of te 19th century and it is made of stone like most traditional ikarian houses of that period. It is consisted by a spacious kitchen and living room and a small bathroom. In the room you can still find some of the furniture constructed by my great grandfather who was a carpenter. The front yard of the house has a wonderful view of the sea as it is just two steps away from the beach. At the back yard, there is an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor, in which there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a sofa converting to a double bed, and in the second bedroom there is a bed that can be used as one double or two single beds, depending on the guest's preference. There is also a balcony with a view of the sea, and a terrace with a view of the garden at the back. There are no air conditions in the house because they are useless in this area of the island. Even in th heart of the summer, there's always breeze because of the open sea. Guest access The guests are able to use the whole house, the yard and the space in front of the house for parking.
