Large historic house with a modern standard

The Ca' Due Sorelle is a lovingly restored, large village house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet - flooded with light (the bathrooms also have windows) with a great sense of beautiful details and high-quality materials that contribute to the character of this 400-year-old house fit. The view is addictive and the sea is only about 10 minutes away. A place to feel good. We provide a digital information package for your stay. We retrofitted mosquito nets in 2023! The space Authentic and high-quality materials were important to us when restoring Ca' Due Sorelle. The colors are coordinated with the Ligurian landscape. The house is very bright because all rooms (except the guest toilet) have windows (with the exception of one with thermal panes). High-quality tiles with historical references combined with marble and slate, beautiful barrel vaults, partially exposed natural stone walls, two spacious bedrooms and an additional small bedroom with a pull-out bed (two levels, ideal for kids), a large, modern kitchen with a worktop made of robust floorboards as well as a large, stand-alone stainless steel refrigerator and a dining table, modern bathrooms, and much more characterize the Ca' Due Sorelle. It is a house to live in and not a profit-oriented tourist property where the charm ends with beautiful photos. We have created a place to feel good. Guest access You can use all rooms, depending on the number of guests. Currently only the cantina (basement) is private, but it is being expanded into a large yoga room (with door and window). Hopefully in 2024. Other things to note The house is embedded in the village, so that there are other houses around it. Due to the thick walls, sound insulation is guaranteed. Due to the size of Ca' Due Sorelle, the house has 3 floors, with only the large entrance area with cloakroom, seating and storage room on the ground floor. In everyday life you only move between the first and second floors. Montegrazie is a relaxed and quiet place and ideal for really unwinding from everyday life. The village has a simple restaurant right in the village center. Right next to the famous pilgrimage church there is a great restaurant in the old rectory with a menu for everyone on each evening (Friday to Saturday & Sunday lunchtime). The sea is just a few minutes' drive away. You can go hiking directly from the house, a blooming landscape and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains await you. Imperia is a very beautiful place, consisting of two parts of the city, which is not marred by hotel buildings. Italians live here and the infrastructure is complete even in winter. Imperia is located exactly between Nice and Genoa and both cities are worthwhile, the French border and Monaco are only around 50 km away and the hinterland also offers many charming places for excursions.
