Studio, balcony and pool

My studio welcomes you for a tourist or business stay. It is located a few minutes from tram B (Roustaing) which will take you to the city center of Bordeaux in 5 minutes. The room opens onto a balcony to have your breakfasts in the sun. The swimming pool, open from June to September, is shared with the other residents of the residence but never overcrowded. The space Studio of 20 m2 and balcony of 3 m2 not overlooked. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal with its bar table (Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, stove). The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer. Bed 140 - WIFI - TV Guest access You have access to the studio, balcony and swimming pool (from June to September) Other things to note Quiet residence, no noise, non-smoking apartment (you can of course smoke on the balcony)
