King size bed in bedroom with attached full bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. The living area is on the 2nd floor of the guesthouse (ability to climb stairs is required). Guest access Private home. The home is on the 2nd floor of the guesthouse. The ability to climb 1 flight of stairs is required. Please note that the private beach is shared with the residents of the primary home on the same property. The vacation home is for a maximum of 2 adults.
