The Eagle's Nest by the Victoria Airport

The Eagle's Nest is a brand new, premium quality-built carriage home suite (not a suite within a house), that is a fully self-contained residence, with all the amenities (rare in this area). Located extremely close to the airport, beautiful downtown Sidney and the Sidney/Anacortes Ferries and to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Great for business travellers, couples, snowbirds, small families, short & long stays; we have all the comfort and conveniences you need for your home away from home. The space This brand new, detached, one bedroom private suite (this means you have complete privacy - no one living beside, above or below you), has a new Sterns and Foster Queen bed in the bedroom while the living room has a sectional (with a double sofa bed pullout). You can watch your favourite movie or cable TV on the 43" LED TV (there is also a Google Chromecast attached to the TV so you can watch your Netflix, Crave, etc) or use the office space for your business needs, with complimentary Wi-Fi high-speed internet (Internet 300 - real fast internet speeds). You will have use of a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee (Tassimo and Keurig machine) and tea as well as toast, waffles, granola bars, and eggs for breakfast. The kitchen has all the amenities you need; a full stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and pots/pans, with all the kitchenware and glassware you need. The living room is full of natural light and has a brand new sectional couch (double sofa bed) for you to rest your weary head. You also have a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A stackable washer and dryer is free to use for those long stays (soap and dryer sheets included) Guest access You can park on the street and access the suite's private entrance via the main residence driveway (walk up the right side of the driveway and continue along the right side walkway). You will walk up 14 stairs to your suite which is located over the garage. Other things to note No smoking, in or outside of the property. No pets No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check out by 11AM Self-check-in with Smart Lock Quiet time 10pm - 7am Please remove shoes at front door and place on stairs upon entering. Please DO NOT pass through any gates (you have gone too far). Exterior doorbell camera. Leave the deep cleaning to us, but we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used.
