The space This comfortable 46 sq.m. apartment (fully renovated in 2022) is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (not suitable for people with disabilities). Inside the apartment consists of: a living room with a relaxation corner and a dining area, a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a regular kitchen, an electric kettle, a moka and kitchen utensils. One bedroom equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower cabin. Additional services available to guests: TV, WIFI, air conditioning (1 split in the living room), fan, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note Upon arrival, we will need to record the details of each guest, as required by Greek law, and therefore you will therefore need to present a valid document. There is an extra charge for each night of the stay: 1.5 euros for the months of March-September 0.5 euros for the months of October-February as provided by Greek law! Registration Details 00003513179
