Townhouse with a magnificent community pool (little traffic) for the happiness of your loved ones. 👪☀️ The house gets sun ☀️ all day. There's a new A/C in each bedroom and dining room. On the 1st floor we have a dining room with A/C, exit to the beautiful terrace, full kitchen and toilet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with A/C, a bathroom, a small gym, and a large terrace. On the third floor, A/C, 1 bedroom, 1 playroom for the kids, bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and terrace. We'll be expecting you, 🏖️🥰👪family! The space A 3-story townhouse with a parking space (for 1 car) downstairs that is entered directly. The house has 230 m2, 3 floors + parking, 4 bedrooms (3 +1 game), 3 terraces, and 3 bathrooms. There are 4 new air conditioners, 3 in the bedrooms and 1 in the dining room. Of the 3 floors, on the first we find a complimentary toilet, kitchen, with all kinds of utensils, dining room and terrace. In the dining room, a 65" TV with international channels from your country, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, and Movistar. The other 2 bedrooms have a bathroom, terrace and bedrooms, enjoy a fantastic vacation to the fullest. It has an incredible community area with a large swimming pool where you can spend the best moments with your loved ones. We'll be expecting you! 🏖️👪☀️ Guest access The house is all for you, rooms with air conditioning in each one (new) and another in the dining room (new), terraces, a hydromassage bathtub on the 3rd floor, a small gym, a playroom for children, etc. The house has private parking for one car with direct entrance. Free parking is a 5-minute walk away. There is parking outside the house for €10 per day (you have to download the app). The pool is a community area with grass where you can relax, (you can't swim in your regular clothes) very little traffic and spectacular. The house is in Calella, a well-known tourist town with a multitude of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, with a huge beach a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. Calella has the 4th longest shopping street in Catalonia, and we've been receiving tourists for over 60 years! BARCELONA is a 40-minute drive away, and every 20 minutes a train leaves the station that takes 1 hour, every day hundreds of people go and return. ☀️👪⛱️ Other things to note Very quiet area of townhouses where all the homes are residents. You can't make a racket between 10 pm and 8 am, (community rules) since there are people sleeping. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is undoubtedly the place to spend authentic quality time. The house is exclusively for families. We do not accept more than 7 people (+2 babies). We don't count babies, they have to sleep in a crib, if they want to, of course. :) Swimming while dressed in the pool or smoking in the community area is not allowed. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles with a double bed and one bedroom with a triple bunk bed. There is the possibility of a 4th room with a single bed, then the bunk bed is in two beds. WE DO NOT ACCEPT - Groups of young people. - We do not accept groups of men only. (If you come to rest and let us know, you will be welcome). Come and spend unforgettable moments.
