This guest suite is centrally located aprx. 1 mile from the I-80 exit, downtown Laramie, and the University of Wyoming. Optional Home Cooked Meals Available. The space Private 2 bedroom, 1 bath located on the garden level of home. This unit is a garage door entry to a private entrance door. Parking is available in the driveway/ garage. Space available for a moving truck/trailer/camper with notice. Kitchenette is equipped for light meals, electric 2 burner with small pots and pans. Electric skillet and blender. Coffee Pot. Cutting boards and Basic Utensils.Full size fridge. Microwave Air Fryer combo, Utility sink.There is not a stove. Myself and my 2 dogs occupy the upper unit along with other AirBnB Guests. Normal noise with a lower unit to be expected. Occasional dog barks. Respectfully quiet at night. Fenced-in yard available for the pups. Garage Parking or storage space (shared only by host). Easy Plug in for Trucks in the Winter, Yard is a shared space. Unit has some basic cosmetic imperfections as the home is under upgrades with new light covers and needs some basic love. Hot tub and garden area are closed for the season. Late arrivals ok. Going in and out late/early ok. This home is chill. This Wyoming home is safe space for all kind hearted humans.
