The house is distribuited on two floors, on the first floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and access to a balcony with views of the green area of the residence, the second room with two single beds, then a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace solarium with a clothesline. On the main floor there is the third bedroom with a double bed, a TV room with sofa and a bathroom with shower. Then there is the American kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, etc., the living room with an extendable dining set, sofa-bed, flat screen TV and large windows that give access to a terrace with pergola, awning for the warmer hours and a dining set to enjoy your meals outside with views of the cute private garden that has a built-in barbecue, and then there is the gate that gives access to the community pool with its beautiful green area.
