“Our Gold Room" Red Velvet Inn & Gallery
The Red Velvet Inn & Gallery is a 130 year old historic Victorian home built by Charles W. Stewart, son of Charles B. Stewart, signor of the Texas Declaration of Independence and designer of our Texas State Flag. In 2012 the home was completely remodeled & in 2022 a fine art gallery was added. Breakfast is included and we invite you to join us for our social hour at 6PM each evening in the Parlor. We also offer drop off & pick up to our historic downtown shopping via our stretch golf cart. We have an onsite Art Gallery that is open from 11AM-5PM Thursday-Sunday except for Friday evening when it is open for "Friday Night Art Night" in Navasota. Join us for refreshments and mingle with our artists. The Red Velvet Inn is centrally located within walking distance of the Historic Railroad District and Shopping in downtown Navasota, TX. Free parking is available on site at the Inn. The Red Velvet Inn has a stretch golf cart that is available to drop you off and pick you up from our historic downtown shopping area as well as explore our neighborhood historic homes. We have an on-site art gallery open to the public Thursday-Sunday11am-5pm. Friday night is Art Night and we are open until 7pm. Join us for light appetizers and liquid refreshment on Friday evenings celebrating the Arts.
