"Santo Spirito" is a charming private space within the "Suites Le Valline" complex in a recently renovated villa. Its unique location makes it a perfect place to explore Tuscany, as it is a 15-minute drive from Florence and San Casciano, at the gates of Chianti. The space The "Suites le Valline" are located in a recently renovated early 1900s villa. Chiara and Andrea live in the villa with their son. "Santo Spirito" is a portion of the villa and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is on the first floor of the building, offering a living room with an equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk, and a large bathroom with a shower. Thanks to the large windows, it is very bright and offers a double exposure, so you can enjoy the surrounding view. The apartment does not offer private outdoor spaces, but you can take advantage of the tables in the common garden to eat or relax. The bio resin pool with hydromassage area is available to all guests of the property, is surrounded by olive trees and offers an enchanting view of Florence. A PRIVATE CAR IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR TRAVEL! The bus does not pass frequently and only at certain times of the day! Guest access Guests can take advantage of the outdoor parking and common gardens. The resin bio pool with a maximum height of 1.50 m, is fenced and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a hot outdoor shower. It is heated in the spring and fall months (mid-May/mid-October, if the outdoor temperatures allow it!). The laundry is easily accessible and available to all property guests. Other things to note From June 1, 2026, the municipal tourist tax (€3 per person, for those over 12 years of age, for the first 5 days of the stay) will be collected upon arrival. We have made available to our guests a small garden with seasonal vegetables that can be harvested in total autonomy. The pool can be heated in the spring and autumn months (mid-May/mid-October if the weather conditions are favorable!). A PRIVATE CAR IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR TRAVEL!
