Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Close to nature. The space The guest house is a charming newly-renovated cottage of 55 sqm and is adapted for rental. You are welcomed in a large open hall, with plenty of space to hang up winter clothes. You will find 2 small bedrooms suitable for a family of 4 people. A shared kitchen and living room. A brand new sauna is also now available in the cottage. Cottage Facts Living room with open floor plan, kitchen/dining area and TV corner The living room has an open plan with the kitchen. Here you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs. A sofa and TV. In the kitchen you will find: Dining area for 4 people. Stove with induction hob and oven. Refrigerator & Freezer compartment Dishwasher Microwave Coffee maker Kettle Double waffle iron Electric mixer Toaster All imaginable porcelain and cutlery for all meals of the day. Smaller bedroom 1 One bedroom with bunk bed 80/120 cm. A window and a dresser. Smaller bedroom 2 One bedroom with a double bed 160 cm. A window and dresser. Hallway In the hallway, there is a hat & 2 shoe shelves. Boot dryer and fire extinguisher are here. Bath/sauna The cottage has a bathroom with toilet, shower cabin and towel dryer. There's also a brand new sauna. Other Wi-Fi is available. We cannot guarantee the speed. Smoking is not allowed indoors We provide duvets and pillows but no bed linen. Guests are allowed to bring this with them. The double beds have two single duvets and double bed mattresses. Bedding can also be purchased at the local ICA store. Rent a crib, highchair and bed linen set At Lofsdalens Hustillsyn, you can rent high chairs, cribs, bed linens and small and large towels. Guest access You will have access to the entire Guesthouse Other things to note Check-in/out: You can pick up the key in a mailbox outside Karin's sports shop opposite ICA. Earliest at 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-in. If you arrive later, please let us know. At check-out, you return the key to the same place at Karin's sports shed, no later than 9:00 am. House rules/Husregler: • Smoking ABSOLUTELY forbidden in the cabin as there are allergies in the family. • If something breaks, no problem. But it is appreciated if you let us know so we can restore it. • Take care of the cabin, it is not a party cabin. • Parking for the cottage is shared with the main cottage. There are 2 places to share. Note that the slope up is steep and if it is slippery, you should drive up carefully. • Snowmobile trailers must be parked at the BEGINNING of the street.
