Mid-Term 4-Bdr Lake Murray Retreat with Dock

Relax, have fun, and forget your worries in this spacious and serene Lake Murray home with plenty of room for everyone. Tucked away in a peaceful cove, you will be able to enjoy all the lake has to offer while still having space to spread out. This is the perfect place to unwind. Longer stays are welcome. You will have a dock to park your boat during your stay. Water levels change during the year, please ask about them before booking if bringing a boat. We can't wait to host y'all! The space All of the rooms in the house have been outfitted so that you can show up with your suitcase and feel at home. Bathroom towels are provided, but you will want to bring your own beach towels for lake activities. The TV in the living room is a Roku TV and you will be able to cast or login to your favorite entertainment providers using the wifi. Guest access You'll have access to the entirety of the house, yard, and dock. The only areas without guest access are the garage, attic, and crawlspace. The driveway fits four cars and there is a covered carport at the corner of the front yard as well. Other things to note Approximate drive times from the house: 6 minutes to Timberlake Country Club with a golf course and full service restaurant 11 minutes to downtown Chapin with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc 20 minutes to Dreher Island State Park 27 minutes to Prisma Health Parkridge 38 minutes to the Horseshoe at the University of South Carolina in downtown Columbia
