West Kelowna License# 8633 BC registration: H196911685 The space Before we go inside, peek around the right side of the house - there you'll find the Traeger wood pellet grill where you can cook and admire the view. When you enter through your private entrance, you're greeted with a large entryway with custom build lockers for outerwear and shoes to your left. Although the open concept means you can already see the view of the lake, don't get distracted - we'll get there soon. To your right is a dining table for four, and through the sliding pocket door is a half-bathroom. Walk forward and you're met with a huge quartz kitchen island with all of the food prep space a chef could ever need, and enough extra room for four people to sit and help/give advice/drink cocktails. Along with our brand new stainless steel appliances, we've stocked the kitchen with all the cooking essentials you'll need, plus some of the kitchen extras we can't live without (a pour-over coffee maker and Ninja blender are just two examples). Things like coffee, olive oil, spices are fully stocked and ready for you to use. Alright, we made it to the living room. This is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning, watching the mountains and lake change colors as the sun moves higher in the sky. When you get tired of staring at the view, we've got a 55" LG with Telus Optik TV and high speed wifi provided. On the other side of the living room wall is the primary bedroom with a king bed, large closet, and the best possible view you could wake up to. Open the door through the large walk-in closet to reveal a full bathroom with large partially enclosed tub/shower, and a huge vanity with plenty of cabinet space. Walking back past the kitchen island and you'll notice the pantry doors that open up to reveal additional storage, cleaning supplies, and stacked large capacity washer and dryer for you to use. A few more steps and you'll see another door to the main bathroom beside the entrance to the second bedroom outfitted with a sleek, modern bunk bed with a double on top of a queen. The huge custom built closet ensures you can stash all of your luggage away without having to trip over suitcases. Guest access The carriage house is built with a private entrance at road level to maximize lake views and ease of arrival, with a dedicated parking space and ample street parking available. Bringing bikes, a boat or trailer with you? Let us know and we can arrange to accommodate that too. Other things to note Lakeview Heights is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, a mix of older homes on large lots and new homes filling in. There are several working wineries and restaurants within walking distance, and that number expands to a dozen if you want to drive 5-10 minutes. Nester's Market is nearby for all your grocery needs, and larger stores like Superstore are a short 10 minute drive away. You'll be basically 5-10 minutes from everything. Need a park with a playground? 15 minute walk! Boat launch? 7 minute drive! Downtown Kelowna? 10 minutes if traffic isn't too heavy! Absolutely no parties. Hosts live in adjacent home on property.
