Welcome to the tailgate hub of the year! 1300 S Main St. is located right next to the Michigan Football Stadium. Bring your friends and family to enjoy an exciting weekend in Ann Arbor to celebrate any team that you're cheering on. As you walk through the front door of 1300 S Main St, you will be welcomed into the living room with a large window facing the University of Michigan Football Stadium. Internet, Cable (with sports), and a Smart Tv are included. Two couches and a coffee table will provide you with an ample amount of space for hosting. The house has 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two beds. Each bed can easily fit up to two people. 12 in total (One person can sleep on each couch!) The kitchen appliances include a range, large fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and sink. We have the kitchen fully equipped with necessary household items. Ex: Cleaning supplies, dishes, cups, coffee mugs, solo cups, paper plates, napkins/paper towels, dish soap, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, towels, Keurig cups, and more! The house also has a washer and dryer included in the basement. Tide pods will be available for you to use. Two parking spots are included for the tailgate. If you are interested in more parking, please visit the Park and Party website to make your reservations ahead of time. No grill at the property. You are more than welcome to bring your own! A full bath is located on the second floor equipped with all bathroom necessities and a half bath in the basement. You will be able to access the entire home, front porch, and two parking spots. I will be available for questions or emergency purposes from 9am-8pm. We will provide you with an emergency maintenance number for any emergencies that take place after 5pm. 1300 S Main is located on the outskirts of the residential West Side neighborhood. You will find Drip House coffee on the corner of Stadium and Main St. Pioneer High School is in walking distance. The Big House is right next door! There are two parking spots included with the Airbnb. Bus stops, Ubers, Lyfts, and Taxi services are always available . You may even catch a ride on a Boober (bike transit).
