Located in one of the quietest, most authentic alleys of the Trastevere neighborhood, San Francesco di Sales is a lovely studio/pied-à-terre that can accommodate up to 2 people. Couples headed for a cityscape or wanting to relax in a non-obvious part of Rome will find it to be perfect for their needs! The space Rich in natural light, with its walls covered in local art and wooden floors, you will fit just in in this small apartment and will enjoy living like a real Trasteverino! The kitchenette is fully equipped and you can count on it to help you prepare quick meals during your stay: in addition to pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils, you will find an oven, a toaster over, an American-type coffee machine (automatic drip) and a washing machine. And let’s not forget the dishwasher! The bathroom, complete with a large shower, was recently renovated. San Francesco di Sales comes with independent heating in the winter, and an air conditioning system in the summer. A free Wi-Fi connection is available to our guests free of charge. Please note that the property is unsuitable for those with a mobility issue: it’s on a third floor and there are 80 steps from street level to the entrance door. This accommodation relies on a self check-in system. Guest access The guests can access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Every time a guest checks out, this apartment is thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed, ventilated and disinfected in all its areas according to the instructions of the Italian Health Department. The sheets and bedspreads (replaced at each check-in) are washed in high temperatures by specialized personnel. Cleaning products with 70% alcohol are used. Standard check-in from 3 to 9 pm. For check-in between 9 pm and 11:30 pm a 30 € fee will be required. For check-in after 11:30 pm a 50 € fee is due. Check-out within 10:00 am. Flexibility for check-in and check-out time, depends on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure.
