These allow a sense of visual transparency throughout the home, floor-to-ceiling glass which brings natural light in and gives the guests gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake, trees and the hills beyond the bedrooms. Nestled on 14 lake front acres, you will enjoy all of nature's beauty with the sights and sounds of nature and Table Rock Lake to help you relax! The space This gem is located in Eagle Rock, Missouri- right on the shore of Table Rock Lake. The views offered by the main rooms of the home and wrap around deck are simply divine! An iconically southern screened in porch offers a cozy spot to sip iced tea while you watch the kids play in the yard, listen to the sounds of nature off the map, or enjoy a good book in the shade. The entire home provides the best of both worlds; you’re outside, but can take a break from the sun and rain while still enjoying nature. Feel the breeze, smell the rain, watch the fireflies, listen to the night sounds here at Vintage Vegas. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them boast beautiful views of the lake. You can wake up and walk right down to the water and dip your toes while sipping your morning coffee! Upstairs there is also a full bar for preparing your favorite cocktails- we supply the wine and margarita glasses! Right inside the front door you'll notice a zen garden adorned with vintage 1960s decorative panels. Take a minute to use rocks and sand to create swirling patterns or leave your own rock with a quote or have the kids paint their own and add them to the garden. The living area has a wood burning fireplace- nothing like that crackle on a cold day! Off of the screened in porch there is a stamped concrete area with a fire pit and a movie screen and projector for outdoor movie nights around the firepit. The area can also be used as a dance floor! The serene lakeside setting along with the outdoor lighting makes it the perfect setting for any celebration! US army corps of engineers rules do not allow use or rental of boat slips for renters to store a boat. Other things to note * Must be over the age of 25 to book. If you are under the age of 25 please message us for approval. * Though we allow children, the space does have a deck that requires full time supervision due to the height and is not suitable for children under the age of 5. Signing of a waiver of liability is required for ALL guests- NO EXCEPTIONS. * This property is on the water- therefore when children of any age are present, adult supervision is required.
