We are proud to offer our beautiful first floor apartment in the heart of Kenfig Hill. Our little village is the perfect place to stay for exploring South Wales. A short drive away from the coastal towns of Porthcawl and Aberavon. 5 mins away from the M4 for quick access into Cardiff or Swansea. The local area is a beauty spot with walks to enjoy on the doorstep and historical buildings to spend hours exploring. There is much to see an do here and you will love your stay! The space The space consists of - open plan kitchen/ dining / living room - double bedroom with a king sized bed - twin bedroom with 2 x single beds - bathroom with bath and over head shower - shared back garden access. The apartment is light and spacious with large windows that allows plenty of beautiful, natural light. We offer free wifi and the apartment has a large screen tv in the living room with BT Box access. There is an option of having an additional guest on the sofa bed - but please note that we charge a linen fee for this service (contact us before booking if you require this). Children are welcome, however we only offer a travel cot, with no bedding: WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CHILD FACILITIES ON SITE: NO STAIRGATES, HIGH CHAIRS ETC. There is also a large step into the apartment you need to be aware of. Guest access There is a shared hallway leading up to the apartment, this is a communal area. There is access via the rear entrance to a walled garden, you are welcome to use this space but please note that it is a shared space. There is no private parking for this property; however there is a communal car park to the rear of the building and one on the main road you are welcome to use (details will be sent when booking). Other things to note *Well behaved, house broken quiet dogs & cats only. *Dogs are not to be left in the apartment unattended. *Please clean up after your pets. * NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. Children are welcome, however we only offer a travel cot, with no bedding: WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CHILD FACILITIES ON SITE: NO COT, STAIRGATES, HIGH CHAIRS ETC.
