Ideally located between the covered market (150m) and the Sichon equestrian stadium (150m), you will be just a few minutes' walk from the city center (8 min), the thermal baths, or the Allier lake (10 min). After a wonderful day of sightseeing, come and enjoy the private whirlpool bathtub for two, for a shared moment of relaxation... The space Our independent and unique house, recently rated as a 4-star tourist rental, spans 3 levels, offering all the comfort and tranquility you need throughout your stay. With a capacity to accommodate 4 people, it is laid out as follows: The first space consists of a suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), which opens onto a large bathroom equipped with a spa whirlpool bathtub for two, a spacious shower (90x140cm), and a toilet. On the second floor, a second suite awaits with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a desk area, and its own bathroom, including a new, spacious shower (90x140cm) and a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining area with a connected QLED TV, Wi-Fi access, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, an induction hob, and all the essential utensils. Additionally, you'll find a crêpe maker, a raclette and fondue set to enhance your evenings with friends or family. We also provide herbs, dishwashing liquid, and many other small touches to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Guest access Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The price of your stay includes cleaning fees and the maintenance of the linens, which will be done after your stay. You will easily find parking on the street. The covered market parking lot, located 300 meters from the house, is also free and offers multiple parking spaces. An outdoor area is available for parking your bikes or other equipment or materials. You will find a discreet and secure key box to allow you to arrive independently, at any time. Other things to note The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). For everyone's comfort, the house is entirely non-smoking (smoking in the accommodation will result in an additional fee of €150 to compensate for the next guest's stay). An ashtray is provided on the wall in front of the front door. Note: Reservations for up to 2 people correspond to the opening of the suite with the whirlpool and the ground floor in order to optimize additional maintenance costs (cleaning, linen maintenance, water and electricity charges, etc.). If you are 2 people and wish to have the second bedroom, an additional €30 will be charged for these expenses.
