KEYCARD: For Guest with more than 10 Nights We will provide a KEYCARD for more convenience & easy access. Keycard is subject for return upon check-out. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in any time after 2:00 pm and Check-out any time on or before 11:00 Noon. For any extended stay, please advise us in advance to check availability and applicable corresponding fees. REQUIREMENTS: Please provide this to us right after booking to facilitate your passes with the PMO and to avoid any delay during check-in. 1. Copy of passport or Any Government Valid ID. CONDO AMENITIES: Grand Lobby, and Lounges at the 8th floor where you can meet friends for meetings or quick chat. Adult Swimming pools, Separate kids swimming pools and play area Pavilions and Terraces, BBQ Area, Walking garden area, Yoga and exercise lawn, Seating Alcoves Children's Play Area Sports / Yoga Terrace Indoor/Outdoor Lounge Jogging / Walking Trail Adult and Kiddie Pool is open from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Close every Monday for maintenance and cleaning. * Wear appropriate swimming attire – regular clothes is not allowed * Bring your own towel & dry yourself before taking the lift * No diving and bringing of food POOL FEES: Guests Pay Php 150/person on weekdays and Php 300/person on weekends to use the pool. Payment shall be settled with the PMO located on the 8th floor. Other things to note For long-term guests, the Loss of Keycard is subject to a replacement fee of two hundred fifty pesos - Php 250.00 that will be deducted from the Deposit once lost/forgotten. THE LINENS / TOWELS Please do note that our linens and towels may not be of the highest hotel quality - it's in the mid-range and we guarantee that they are newly washed, clean, and comfortable to use. If you ever need extra linens, please let us know so we can provide you with extra and this has additional fees.
