The house is flooded with natural light and its proximity to the bay and ocean provide a cool off shore breeze. There are five bedrooms with a total of nine beds upstairs which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Sorry but no pets, especially dogs. Bikes are great for town and tooling around the neighborhood and down to the bay. Tiana and Ponquogue beaches on Dune Rd offer public parking for $30/day and are a 10-15 minute drive from the house. We have one of the only two fish markets on Long Island (Lighthouse Seafood - formerly Cor-J) that sells fish caught same day, Densieski farm stand that sells produce picked same day and the renown Sonny's Prime Meats, a butcher that sells unparalleled steaks and other meats. There's also the New Moon Cafe, Goldberg's bagel shop, Sakura House sushi, well provisioned wine store, massage parlor and a couple of low-key bars. During the summer season, beach access requires $30 parking passes which can be easily purchased at two nearby town beaches along Dune Rd.
