The ground floor has a large living room with windows facing the lake and openings on the porch and garden, a comfortable kitchen very well-appointed, a guest bathroom. From this floor porch and garden are immediately accessible. A beautiful marble staircase leads to the second floor where there are 4 bedrooms including 2 en-suites and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto a large terrace, where you can enjoy the full view of the lake. Coming down from the living area, the beautiful marble staircase opens onto the party salon with nice windows overlooking the lake. At this floor there is a house-kepeer bedroom with bathroom, laundry room, and a wine cellar with exposed rock. Outside equipment rooms and storage for garden tools. The english garden is totally flat and perfectly enjoyable, divided into areas organized for the barbecue, dining and relaxing. The pool is located at a slightly lower level than the garden and has a very large sunbathing area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the use of the two private garages. All utilities are included. Other things to note The facility is equipped with a self check-in and smart access system called Keesy. Thanks to this service you can check-in online comfortably from home and use the Keesy app to access the facility! You need just a smartphone with Bluetooth technology to install the Keesy app and come and go as you please! Strict house rule: - Music is allowed in the garden only until 22.00 (10pm).
