The space The kitchen includes a gas cooktop and double ovens. 75” TV in the living room. Outdoor shower for the pool and hot tub. Outdoor seating with a gas fire pit. Guest access Exclusive use of the pool and the entire backyard. For longer stays, there is a Washer and Dryer in the Pool House, and access can be arranged. The pool has solar heaters, which will heat the water to between 70 and 80 degrees. During colder months, October to April, pool temperatures may be lower due to limited sun. There is a gas pool heater that can be activated at a cost of $50 per day. On overcast days and temps below 60 degrees (this does happen in California), the gas heater is not capable of warming the pool much beyond 70 degrees. There is no charge to heat the Spa, and the weather does not affect its performance. FYI, the Pool House is not included. When I am in town, I stay in the Pool House.
