Upon entering the apartment, our guests are welcomed by an amazing and spacious living area with beautiful designer interior and private access to a picturesque balcony with spacious outdoor furniture. Moreover, this apartment have 4 large KING SIZED beds - WIFI and AC. PV and the beach 2mins. The space WIFI and Air-conditioning. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Living area| Massive sofa, with a large TV coand a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area is an amazing balcony with probably one of the nicest views in Malta. Spinola beach is also opposite the building making access to the MAIN ST JULIANS sandy beach within walking distance. Also included is a private access seafront balcony with outdoor furniture just opposite the famous St Georges. Bedrooms| 4 Full bedrooms, with king sized beds. Maximum guests allowed at any given time is 8. Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality. Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is an ensuite. WIFI and AC available. Lift available in the common parts. Guest access 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Other things to note Very important notes before booking: 1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property. 2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. 3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected. 4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. - Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
