Upon your departure, make sure you leave the apartment in the same conditions you found it, without garbage, with the fridge empty and the utensils and dishes washed. 5-. Do not forget your personal belongings, the property is not responsible for the loss of these. 6-. For the correct operation of the air conditioning/heat pump, all the doors and windows facing the outside must be perfectly closed, otherwise it will not work. 7-. Inappropriate use of water and electricity in the apartment carries a supplement of €100. 8-. Petals, bath salts or any other type of substance cannot be thrown inside the jacuzzi, otherwise, the repair of this will be borne by the guest. 9-. It is strictly forbidden to make fire, barbecues 11-. The property does not allow the entry of animals or domestic pets in the apartment. 12-. The property does not allow overnight stays in the apartment for guests who have not been previously registered at the time of check-in. 13-. Deposit pads, tampons and any other objects in the bins in the bathrooms. 14-. It is not allowed to deposit garbage or dirt on the stairs of the farm, nor throw objects or disturb the neighbors. You should know that both the entrance to the building and the entrance to the apartment are video-monitored areas 15-.
