Enjoy your stay in the Spring Green area! This private apartment occupies the entire lower level of our home and features its own private entrance. Located on the edge of town, you’re close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and highly rated, it includes a queen bedroom plus space for up to 4 more guests (single bed, sectional, air mattress), a stocked kitchenette (no stove), dining area, bathroom, foosball, and private patio. The space Our space offers a spacious lower-level apartment with a large living room, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen bed. Additional sleeping includes a twin bed in the living area and space for an air mattress. Enjoy extras like a foosball table, board games, and coloring books for a fun, relaxing stay. The kitchenette does not include a full stove but is well-equipped with a pizza oven, toaster oven/air fryer, plug-in 2 burner, griddle, crock pot, and coffee maker (please bring your own coffee), along with basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Please note this is the lower level of our home, so there will be some noise. We work full-time and keep busy schedules but always respect quiet hours. We do have pets upstairs; they are kenneled when we’re away but may bark briefly when guests arrive. Guest access Entire lower level of home with private entrance through lower patio. Other things to note We are a busy, pet-friendly family and share our home with Golden Doodles. They may bark or be curious when you arrive, but they are kept separate from the guest space with an electric fence. Please note this is the lower level of our home, so you may occasionally hear some noise as we come and go. We do our best to keep things quiet and always respect designated quiet hours.
