Luxurious villa with three separate apartments

Welcome to Puesta del Sol! The house has three apartments with up to 8 beds, separate entrances and shares a cozy common area with heated swimming pool. To rent some of the apartments separately, see "Ghirmais rentals" on my profile. 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk with spectacular views to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Amadores beach. 5 minutes walk to restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. The space All apartments are full-fledged apartments with their own entrances. Apartments A and B are on the same floor and can be accessed via a common hallway. They both have bedrooms with double beds, living room, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and each their own terrace. Apartment A has a terrace overlooking Amadores beach and apartment B has a terrace overlooking the valley and a balcony overlooking the pool area. Apartment S is on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and lavish one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom of high quality. Basic items are included, but toilet paper and soap must be bought again when used up.
