Renaissance villa it's a new builded construction which is made with all the care to fit at all guests needs. It's located outside the village of Nea kallikrateia up to an elevated location and stands over the sandy beach of Geoponika area . It's spacious with three bedrooms on two levels and plenty of common outdoor space. The villa it's fully air-conditioned and includes all the amenities that you may need. The space It's a two floors maisonette. Ground floor consist of the living room, kitchen and a full bathroom. On the second floor there's a full bathroom and two large bedrooms.
