We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for: From the hot tub to the entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here. The home was redesigned and furnished from the ground up to be a vacation home, so it isn't cluttered with any personal belongings of the owners and it has everything you need. The home has a very modern open floor plan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well. There are two large TV rooms with smart TVs that come ready for you to log into all of your favorite streaming services. The dining area seats 14 people and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores. The home has two separate driveways with plenty of room for several cars. The private back yard is fully fenced with a 6-foot fence and has a large hot tub. There is a covered awning with two small tables. Dogs are welcome but require a small fee. No cats allowed. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge but we don't usually keep those at the house, so please request that ahead of time. Additional items that are requested ahead of time are almost always guaranteed, but any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
