Enjoy the flexibility of easy self check-in and fast Wi-Fi during your stay. This is bedroom 1 of 3 located in a single story home. A great way to get to know other travelers. The space The room has a nice front yard view to the calm neighborhood with beautiful, natural lighting. There is a queen-size bed for up to 2 guests and wall to wall office space for working, reading, or taking care of business. The room offers a Roku TV and an ergonomic-friendly office chair. Restroom access is directly across the hall and includes a full shower/tub combination, sink, window, and a toilet with a bidet. The shower includes a water softener providing a higher quality bathing experience. Bedding and other amenities may vary. Guest access You'll have access to: - Bedroom #1 - Living room - Kitchen - Bathroom - Laundry - Front & Back Yard There is no access to: - Converted garage - Outdoor storage/Sheds - Detached Additional Unit - Vehicles onsite During your stay We will be available for contact throughout your stay should you have any questions. Other things to note We also have security cameras on-site, outdoors: doorbell, driveway, and backyard. All indoor cameras are located in common spaces only (living room and laundry room) and are turned off. Stays over 28 days receive a discount and require a signed lease agreement - email address required to send lease. If your email address is not provided with 24 hours, your reservation is subject to cancellation. If the lease is not signed within 72 hours of receipt or within 24 hours prior to check in, whichever is sooner, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
