The house is two hundred years old and over 25 years in family ownership (first foreigner in the village). A beautiful view of the mountains from the (partially) covered roof terrace. Close to Ierapetra and the sea with lovely rustic beaches. On the square 200 meters away from the house, there is delicious local food and it is dirt cheap. The space The house has a living room with an open kitchen. From there you go to the bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room is a sofa bed. From the living room, you walk into the large bathroom. Through the patio, you walk up to the (partially covered) roof terrace where you can relax on the swing sofa or sit in the shade at the table.
