This one level home is located in a quiet and easy-going community, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and businesses. Perfect for up to 6 individuals, the home provides ample room for yourself or a larger group to stay in comfort. Whether it's for a family vacation, business retreats, or even creative pursuits, such as songwriting sessions or sabbaticals, our home provides a wealth of opportunities during your stay. There is a $25 per pet per night pet fee, with a maximum fee of $250 The space From the spacious floor-plan on the first level, to the outside patio, there is ample room to either hangout as a group or to allow everyone their own space during their stay. Everything you’d expect to have in a home is at your disposal, including a fully-stocked kitchen, full laundry, and a patio out back. We are pet lovers and want you to have your pets with you. We do have a pet fee of $25 per night, but our max is $250 per month. Smoking allowed outside of property only. No smoking inside of property. Guest access Guests have 24 hour access (smart lock) to the majority of the home, with the exception of a few housekeeping closets. Other than that, you’re free to make yourselves at home wherever you’d like. There are also camera on the outside for safety and security of our guest and the property. Other things to note KITCHEN: Our kitchen is stocked to the gills with everything you can possibly need for meal-prep, aside from the food. Ample counter-space abound, it’s a great area to start and end each day, cooking meals and catching up with your friends and family. If you need anything during your stay, we can arrange to have groceries and supplies for you ahead of your arrival, or help obtain anything during your stay. Please feel free to reach out with us and we can provide more detailed information. We can’t help but try and make you feel as comfortable as possible while staying with us. You’ll find bottle water, coffee, tea, an array of snacks, along with homemade salsa and chips. If you have any particular allergies, please let us know and we will make sure to plan accordingly. All homemade items are yours to keep and take away. DINING AREA: The dining table seats four comfortably for any meal or game night you might have during your stay. For larger groups, there are extra seating on the patio outside. LIVING ROOM: Our living room is designed for relaxation and socialization. Plenty of space to gather ‘round and watch television, play board games, or just converse. Cable-television is included, as well as a few games that are located under the coffee table. The quaint office area provides a quiet place for you to work, catch up with emails, or your socials. WiFi is provided upon check-in. Pens and paper are provided, along with basic office essentials. MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom features include a King-sized bed, walk in closet stocked full of hangers, large set of dresser drawers, extra pillows and blankets, lamps for plenty of nightly reading, and a oil diffuser if you choose to bring your own soothing scents. There is a 55 in ROKU Tv. BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom features include a queen sized bed, closet stocked full of hangers, large set of dresser drawers, extra pillows and blankets, and lamp for plenty of nightly reading. There is a 32 in ROKU Tv. BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom features include a day bed and trundle (2 twin size beds), walk in closet stocked full of hangers, large set of dresser drawers, extra pillows and blankets, and lamp for plenty of nightly reading. There is a 32 in Tv. Master Bathroom: Master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and chair height toilet. We provide a variety of shampoos, conditioners, body soaps, and lotion. Our towels are fluffy and soft! We provide bath robes for lounging after a relaxing shower. (They are located in the closets of the bedrooms) A small gift basket of free toiletries is also included just in case you left something at home. BATHROOM 2 The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and chair height toilet. We provide a variety of shampoos, conditioners, body soaps, and lotion. Our towels are fluffy and soft! We provide bath robes for lounging after a relaxing shower. (They are located in the closets of the bedrooms) TVs & SOUND SYSTEM: 2 Roku TVs with streaming capabilities, and YOUTUBE TV for local channels.
