The space The studio space has outdoor wood stairs that go up to the entry door. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, 2 burner propane cooktop, convection microwave, coffee maker, etc. This all in one space has a stackable washer/dryer, kingsize bed, wonderful natural lighting, private full bath, and 60" TV. This studio is above our garage. 15 minutes to Dickson St. 10 minutes to Mission/Crossover. 5 minutes to Lake Sequioa. In the country yet so close to town/restaurants/etc. Guest access Access only to studio and studio porch. Upon special request, access to the pickle ball court can be arranged. Keypad for entry into the studio. No smoking on premises. Other things to note Come ready to relax and enjoy the peaceful indoor/outdoor set up of this studio. The TV is a smart TV and has all of the main apps for streaming (with your own login).
