On a 5 hectare estate with horses, donkeys and ponies, come and spend a relaxing stay with family or friends in a private house of 180m² just renovated, perfectly equipped, in winter: the wood stove, the raclette grills, the brazier, in summer, the swimming pool, the plancha, the furnished terraces, the garden; all to enjoy the calm, nature facing an exceptional view and 5 kilometers from a listed bastide with all shops The space The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor is a largely open space with the kitchen and its central bar island, the dining room, the "day" lounge and the small lounge (for music, DVD video, chess, reading with its library). A bedroom and its private shower room is also on this level. (The king size is composed of 2 beds 90x200cm, they can be separated if necessary) A separate toilet. These spaces communicate with the furnished terraces on the south side, the swimming pool, its plancha corner, its lounge, its deckchairs etc... Upstairs, 4 spacious bedrooms, one air-conditioned for 3 with its private lounge and private bathroom, one designed for two, the third for 3 (it has a 160cm bed and a 90x200cm bed ). The beds in the first two bedrooms can be separated into single beds 90x200 cm. These two bedrooms share an independent shower room and an independent toilet on the landing. Guest access The house is private and independent, so everything is accessible to travelers. (except the cellar!) Other things to note On the estate, another building is erected. This is the barn and my sculpture studio. Without nuisance or opposite for travelers, I am regularly passing through because I have to maintain the property and take care of the animals on site, while respecting total discretion and privacy of travelers... Access and orientation of buildings are unique to each.
