Quiet, barrier-free apartment on the first floor on the Tolken farm (built 1866) on the outskirts in the monastery village of Loccum. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds/ 1 single bed). Crib, washing machine and garage on request. Various seating options invite you to linger. The terrace is in front of the kitchen, the large lawn invites you to play and relax. A variety of excursions in the area are waiting to be explored by you: Klosterwald, Steinhuder Meer, golf course, dinosaur park. The space Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment has been available for well-being since 2022. The bright rooms offer a beautiful view of the garden. All windows have exterior blinds and each room has a fly screen. The apartment is on the ground floor in the northern part of the house and is pleasantly cool in summer. Air conditioning has not been necessary so far. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025. A bathtub is no longer available, but a spacious walk-in shower is installed. Underfloor heating and motion detectors offer high comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious dining area and an exit to the terrace. Wi-Fi is available. The fireplace room and the "summer" bedroom have a TV. Washing machine use, bed linens and towels on request for a fee. Toilet paper and soap are in the apartment. Various toys and devices are available for children of all ages, as well as pedal tractors and Bobbycars. Two e-bikes, children's and cargo trailers can be rented. Free parking is available on the premises. A garage can be used for a fee. Adjustment options with sockets for bicycles are provided. The hosts also live on the premises. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance in the front of the yard. The entrance is barrier-free from the street, from the courtyard and from the garage Other things to note Two e-bikes (pedelecs) can be rented from us at a reasonable price. There is also the possibility to rent a child trailer (max. 2 children, 40 kg) as well as a cargo trailer. A tennis court in the village can be reserved in the morning with advance notice. Firewood can be purchased from the host. But you can also saw and chop it yourself ;-))) The general quiet hours apply. We do not make the apartment available for party holidays and youth groups. We ask that our guests turn down the radiators before leaving the apartment for a long time and set them to 1 before departure.
