Kitchen & Dining: The fully-equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, cookware, and dining space for group meals. Perfect for preparing fresh, local dishes to enjoy on the terrace. Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms with quality linens. Two rooms have double beds (with private bathrooms), and the other one has two single beds and a double bed, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. Shared Pool: Enjoy the pool with loungers and shaded areas for sunbathing, relaxing, and cooling off. BBQ & Outdoor Dining Area: BBQ area with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. Private parking in the building! Guest access 🔑 Full Access: Guests have access to the entire house, including the pool, garden, BBQ area, kitchen, and all living spaces. Other things to note All guests must provide their ID/Passports at check-in. Please note that parties and loud noises are not tolerated. Guests are responsible for the keys of the apartment. If lost or left on the lock from the inside (which makes it impossible to enter even with another key) the substitution of the key will be charged.
