Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15 The space The bedroom and living room are a good size both with Windows facing the Malvern Hills. There is a separate shower room with toilet and a small but fully functional gallery kitchen. Outside there is secure storage for bikes and other items of that nature and a shared garden you are very welcome to use. We have a brand new bathroom installed for 2026! Just fitted and we’re super pleased with it :) We are in walking distance to the train station, the hills and town. Please note that we are not right in the town centre, to drive it’s about 5 minutes, to walk it’s 20 minutes at a fairly gentle pace. The sofa bed is a small double and comfortable for a sofa bed, it’s new and spotless, we wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay though, Even though it’s very nice, it can’t pretend to be a proper bed, for two nights it’s absolutely fine. A cot bed is available to hire for £15 per stay. Guest access You will have the whole annex to yourself which comes with its own entrance.
