Family country house with pool and park

Family house in the countryside for a quiet stay in Gascony, 5km from Lectoure and on the way to Santiago de Compostela. 4 adults and 6 children. To enjoy the summer: a courtyard with two tables and a griddle, a fenced, shaded park, a large swimming pool (14.5 × 4.5), an orchard with plum, apricot, and fig trees, and a rabbit warren. 40 minutes from Agen (TGV), 1h15 from Toulouse (Blagnac) and 1h30 from Bordeaux. The space The house is rented for 4 adults (two couples) and 6 children. On the ground floor: an entry, a large kitchen, a large lounge, a TV desk, a bathroom with shower and WC, a back kitchen, a shaded courtyard/patio with two tables and a BBQ, on the other side of the courtyard another back kitchen with pantry, freezer, a second fridge, washing machine. Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 double bed (160) with its bathroom with bathtub, a large bedroom with 1 double canopy bed (160), one bedroom with 2 small single beds (80), one bedroom with 1 single bed (110), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90) and 1 small child bed (70), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. Guest access In addition to the beds described above, the house has a child's bed with bars, a baby bed with bars, a travel cot, and a high chair. The pool is fenced. There's a swing in the orchard. Other things to note In Lectoure: shops, market, heritage, flea markets and antique dealers, museums, thermal baths, hot air balloon, local producers... Nearby: Armagnac, Fleurance market, Saint-Clar lake, ULM, La Romieu village, Condom...
