Quiet villa

Welcome to our home, in a quiet and relaxing environment! Enjoy the terrace and salt-treated swimming pool! We are near a forest where you can walk or bike (we leave a bike available). There is an SNCF train station 1 km away and shops. A 15-minute drive away, you will be in the Gers, renowned for its gastronomy. Animapark will delight young and old, 30 minutes by car. And especially Toulouse (20 minutes' drive), the Pink City and capital of aeronautics! The space Our house consists of a large living room with open kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom and two toilets. Outside, there is a garden with a covered terrace, table and chairs. There is also a water pool with plants and fish as well as a swimming pool (salt treatment). We provide an adult woman's bike (quick access to Bouconne Forest) Other things to note The swimming pool (left in the cover photo) is fenced, accessed through a wooden gate. Its depth is 1.10 to 1.70 m. The pool is surrounded by submerged wood, the banks are paved. The aquatic pool is also fenced.
