All fruits are open for guests to pick. Free for eating and can buy at low price to take home Late June - August, blueberries, blackberries and peaches, plums August- September: Apples, pears. This property has dozens of tree species, some are planted, some are native. We have honey bee hives, guests may have chance to buy organic honey. This area is protected for NYC water supply, pollution is almost none. Other things to note This is a big property, a lot of maintenance is needed. There are many animals, wild and domestic. Owner or worker may be working on the property during the day time. Basic rules: No swimming (skating is fine during winter months). No hunting unless permitted by owner. No hiking beyond the trails. No harvesting of fruits, trees and other items without permission.
