The space BEDROOMS: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Both bedrooms have bedside table(s) and built-in wardrobes perfect for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave -toaster - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - coffee machine (K.fee Expressi One) We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: This property is a single lane driveway and explicitly 1 car only. We also have free street parking. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. NOTE: Please refrain from smoking around the neighboring area to keep the environment comfortable for everyone. Your cooperation is appreciated! High chair and cot: Please be aware that there is a high chair and a cot located in the wardrobe of the second bedroom for your use. Kindly note that no sheets are provided for the cot, so guests are requested to bring their own.
