The space Decorated in a local marine style with clear references to the ocean, beaches and flora and fauna of the island, which we are immensely in love with. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay and a break from everyday life. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical plants and a land behind that leaves room for the virgin and indigenous nature of the island. Guest access Full access to property for the guests . Other things to note All appliances are electric and not fueled by gas, oil, kerosene, or wood. Please note that the access road is unpaved and a bit rough, but it is 1 minute drive only and it can be traveled without an off-road vehicle. A rental car is needed, as in the whole island, in order to explore and reach every place. Wi-Fi Internet is not available. Cable internet is unreliable due to the island's power outages that are not frequent but definitely possible. We recommend buying a local BTC SIM card (either online or at the store in Georgetown) with a data plan that has a very low cost for short term usage (starting from $15 for a week), offers reliable coverage and mobile connectivity when outside and driving around the island: it's very useful based on our extended experience. The house water comes from a cistern collecting rainwater. Please save the water using the shower for a limited amount of time. Please remember that Exuma is still a pristine and undeveloped island in a tropical area, so pros and cons come with it. Please note that the cleanliness standards of some common areas in Exuma are not up to the standards of some other countries.
