Max Occupancy: 10 guests per Jamaica Beach City Ordinance. 3 qualified bedrooms The space L’AFITTE’S TREASURE is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath open floor plan home for a great beach getaway with family and friends. There are 2 decks and a covered patio on the ground floor to enjoy the sun rises and sunsets. A short 2 minute drive to the beach and neighborhood amenities. There is a neighborhood pool, playground area and covered pavilion. The pool is $5.00 per person per day. You must get a permit from City of Jamaica Beach to launch a boat or other watercraft, cost is $10. The ground level has a large fenced in yard with a covered seating area, picnic table and lots of room doe outdoor games and fun. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is plenty of seating around the fire pit, gas grill and room for outdoor games. Washers and Corn Hole Boards provided. On the main level of the home, you will walk into the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked. Past the living room, there is a short hallway with 2 secondary bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. One room has a queen size bed and the other has a queen and twin bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have TVs. The upstairs is the primary suite with a king bed and large sitting area with a TV. The primary bathroom has recently been remodeled to include a large walk I’m shower and double sinks. The washer and dryer are located upstairs also. STR 25-000161 Guest access You will have access to the entire home, except the garage. Access to neighborhood amenities are within walking distance to Restaurant, coffee shop, new Bistro/Bar and liquor store. Grocery store and Dollar General are 1 to 2 miles away. The community pool is open to guests during the summer. The cost is $5.00 per person, per day. There is a nice playground and a covered pavilion for picnics. Guests can launch boats or Jet Skis at the neighborhood launch but you must have a $10 permit from the City of Jamaica Beach. There is $250 fine if you launch without it. Other things to note Please make sure the littles are safe on stairs. Pet friendly up to two pets. $100 non-refundable deposit. You must clean up after your pet in the yard. If you do not disclose that you bring pets, you will be charged $200 non-refundable deposit and/or other remedies we see fit. We retain the right to refuse any pet.
