Top Floor Flat on Historic Farm, Wine Country!

The Copper Clover Ranch is Conveniently located just 8 miles outside of McMinnville Oregon, directly off Salmon River Hwy, in the heart of wine country. The Bellevue Country Store, and Bernards Farm Stand are just up the road. Private entrance, with patio facing the Coastal range, and Bernard Farms in the distance. The space Living here on the bottom floor, we are happy to share this extraordinary old farm house with guests! We have farm animals, so the driveway gate needs to be closed. This means you will need to open and close the gate. You’ll find parking just to your left as you enter the driveway. The front door to the big white farm house is your private entrance to the upstairs. The entryway is also your locked private area where you can leave your shoes, coats, etc. The big patio with fire pit coffee table, sofa, and chairs, just past the front door, is also your designated area. The Copper Clover Farm is just off the highway, so some road noise is to be expected. I have provided white noise machines, and ear plugs. These options should suffice for those light or restless sleepers. We are also in the heart of farm country, so occasionally the outside of the house may have a light layer of dust that’s kicked up from the farm machinery. No worries though, I always keep the inside space pristinely clean! It is also a 100+year old house, so, although we have been working on updates, you may notice a little wear and tear on the exterior. Guest access The back yard is the dogs designated area, and is usually locked. The Patio and front yard are your designated areas. Other things to note Hank and Javi will most likely bark when you arrive, as this is a new experience for them. The back yard is also their locked area.
