Stunning studio flat in countryside setting

We live in a quiet and tranquil village surrounded by beautiful fields and countryside. Our studio flat is recently refurbished and is separate to our family home with its own access. There are many pretty walks around the area and several pubs in easy proximity. We have a village shop, and both Basingstoke and Tadley are 10 minutes by car. Basingstoke hospital and the railway station are also a 10 minute drive. We offer private parking (off road) for 1 car. The space The studio is warm and cosy and extremely well maintained. It offers privacy and is perfect for both a short as well as a longer stay if required. The studio has one large double bedroom which contains a desk, sofa, tv (plus netflix) and extensive storage for clothes etc. There is a small bathroom with shower and heated handrail. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar and a seated eating area. There are lovely views from both the bedroom and the kitchen over our garden and the space is very warm and light. Guest access The studio flat is on the first floor and guests have their own access to the property. There is also room for one parking space.
