Enjoy a stylish and relaxing experience at this centrally located studio 3 kilometres from the Mudgee town centre. The light and airy studio space is newly furnished with a modern palate and quality linens. The perfect base location for a weekend (or week) away. There is rear property access to a bushwalking track to a lookout locally known as "Three Poles". The beautiful views to Mount Frome are worth the steep 2.5 kilometre round trip. The space Three Poles Studio is a spacious unit with a functional kitchenette that includes an oven, induction cooktop and microwave. A fridge with separate freezer and washer/dryer are also provided. The window seat is the best place to enjoy a wine while the sun sets. There is comfortable sofa and armchair to watch Netflix on your samsung smart TV. The sleeping area has a king bed with quality linens. The bathroom has underfloor heating for those chilly evenings after returning home from a day exploring. Plenty of storage is provided with cupboard and sideboard space. A reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan keep the temperature comfortable. Guest access Keyless entry can be arranged with an alternative press button lock for security. There is parking at the side of the studio, only a few metres from the front door with one step into the studio. The studio back door to the shared back yard (with friendly dog) has a screen door for your comfort. You are welcome to explore the emerging garden we are currently creating. We live onsite and are always available should you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note Frida the dog is always delighted to greet new guests. She is not allowed in the studio and is happy to wander around the garden often spending hours watching her kangaroo mates through the fence.
